Face-to-face classes in Teguise

.Hatha YogaTuesdays and Thursdays from 19:10 to 20:10. Gentle sequences to move and unblock your energy.
.Yin Yoga: Friday from 17:00 to 18:00. Release tension and find deep calm at the end of the week.
Yoga with Silent System in Costa Teguise
Silent Yoga: disconnect from the noise and immerse yourself in the practice.
Discover a whole new way to practice yoga. In Silent Yoga, each participant receives headphones to immerse themselves in the music and guidance of the class, focusing on breath, movement and energy.
The classes take place outdoors, in front of the sea, in a space next to Corest Fitness. You can book your place directly online. Enjoy this unique experience and disconnect while you move and relax with the sea breeze and spectacular sea views.
